What Is Delivered-at-Place (DAP)?
Delivered-at-place (DAP) is an international trade term used to describe a deal in which a seller agrees to pay all costs and suffer any potential losses of moving goods sold to a specific location. In delivered-at-place agreements, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.

What currency displayed on the website
The prices displayed on our Web Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
You can choose to pay in Euros or British Pounds, but the exchange rate is based on U.S. dollars

What methods of payment does Sunlin-group.com accept?
Sunlin Accept two different forms of payment for orders:
Option 1:  Paypal
Option 2:   Bank Transfer

When will my order be shipped?
We process orders within 2-3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays)-International order
Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.

How will my order be shipped?
Sunlin offers DHL as their shipping agent and almost all orders will go out using DHL as the carrier.
In the near future, our website will have more shipping options, which will cover 90% of the world’s countries.

If I place an order, will I receive an email confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation once our system has received your order.
If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

I placed two orders in one day, are they going to ship together?
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

I already placed an order on sunlin-group.com, where can I review my orders?
Visit your Account page and select Previous Order(s). 

If I am already a member of Sunlin , how can I get my login information for Sunlin-group.com?
Visit our Registration Page. Once you fill out the required fields and click submit, you will automatically be logged in.

I forgot my User ID or my password, how can I obtain them again?
Visit our Forgotten Password Page, fill in your email address, and we will send you an email with your login information.

How do I change my account password?
In order to change your password, you must login to sunlin-group.com and select Account, and then select Update Your User Information.

How to return order?
If you wish to return a product you have purchased from Sunlin,
You may do so within 7 days from the date you receive it. Any returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and must be shipped to us freight prepaid and insured for the full value.
Certain larger machinery.Can be returned but would incur a restocking fee anywhere from 10-20%.
